Surgical planning is made after evaluating the patient's bone density, distances to anatomical spaces (sinus, nerve canals), and general systemic health status in detail.
When necessary, bone volume can be increased with bone powder (graft) applications. Following the osseointegration (fusion of bone with titanium) period, which is the healing process, prepared porcelain or zirconium superstructures are placed.
This treatment protocol allows preserving tissue integrity as it does not require any cutting procedures on neighboring healthy teeth..
